Donatella Versace told a reporter from Style.com that this seasons collection was inspired by Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland. Many of the fairytale's symbols were imprinted on the clothes, like the cards, the clocks, and the rabbits. The overall effect was an incredibly well pieced together collection for beautiful young women. "The shoes are very very tall and the dresses are very very short, which is something of a Versace look" and pieces from this collection could easily be seen on the fairytale market or the red-carpet
